Nuvola Pizzeria Italiana

We went there on a Wednesday at lunchtime and easily found a parking spot. The service was pleasant, quick, and efficient. The pizzas were excellent: a thin crust, nicely puffed up around the edges and perfectly crispy, prepared by an experienced Italian pizza chef. The ingredients were of very high quality, and this was evident in every bite. Special mention goes to the homemade tiramisu, both coffee and lemon, which was a real treat and a perfect ending to the meal. I highly recommend this pizzeria!

Takeaway pizzas. Thick crust, Domino's style. Five or six anchovies fighting amongst themselves with a few capers. A tasteless tomato sauce and three basil leaves. In short... this restaurant must have a very high profit margin. If you like pizzas with generous toppings, steer clear. A first... we won't be back.

Best pizzeria in the Nantes region. The atmosphere is very warm and friendly. We received a very warm welcome. The dining room is modern and beautifully decorated. As for the pizza, the ingredients come straight from Italy, and you can taste the difference. Chef Matteo is passionate and particularly keen to represent his native Calabria through his generous and original pizzas. Everything is homemade, from the pizza dough to the desserts. Delicious cocktails are also on the menu. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for this culinary journey, Matteo!

I've rarely eaten such delicious pizza dough! It's melt-in-your-mouth crispy and light. Topped with simple, generous Italian ingredients. The neighborhood may not look like much, but this place is top-notch and the service is incredibly friendly! We'll be back ;)

We had a wonderful time at this pizzeria. The menu is well-chosen. The pizzas have a delicious, very thin crust, a very good topping, and above all, are made with quality Italian ingredients. We had a great chat with the young owner/pizza chef, who is Italian (Calabrian), and who shared his passion with us. Highly recommended.
