Buffalo Grill Sainte Luce Sur Loire

We had a meal with our grandchildren, and they loved it: "The nuggets were great and the burger was delicious!" We were warmly welcomed and looked after throughout the meal.

Thank you to Nathalie and her lovely smile for the excellent service. We will gladly return to enjoy more delicious meals in her company.

Very, very pleasant. We're regulars, and this is our second visit. Not disappointed, as usual, and the cooking was perfect.

Avoid at all costs. The dishes at our table weren't served simultaneously. We had to wait 15 minutes between the first and last course. Then we had to wait to be cleared, even though a waitress could see we'd finished. When we pointed this out, the same waitress said everything was fine. We left without having dessert. Other customers were also expressing their dissatisfaction...

Avoid this place right now if you want good ice cream! The whipped cream machine is broken!

On Sunday evening, my husband and I went to the Buffalo Grill in Sainte-Luce-sur-Loire and were disappointed. There was a long wait, exorbitant prices, and mediocre quality (cold fries and a not-so-great Roquefort sauce on the side). We've had better. It was very expensive for what we ate. We used to be regulars, and now we're wondering if we'll go back. Make an effort, or you'll lose customers.

The manager wasn't very pleasant; we ordered dessert and waited 30 minutes, still no dessert. We left without it and saw the managers and their cook posing for photos in the parking lot. The servers couldn't handle the service alone.

Hello We were very disappointed. No greeting, very cold service. The small piece of meat was disappointing; it seemed like it was meant for a child. The food was also cold. I asked for a carafe of water, and after 30 minutes I sent my little girl to get more. For dessert, there was another 30-minute wait. My ice cream was half melted, so I refused it, even though there were only about ten people in the restaurant. I will not be returning to Buffalo Grill.

Another great time, thanks to the whole team, we'll be back!

The restaurant was almost empty, yet the service was incredibly slow. There was a water leak in the kitchen near the entrance, and the cotton candy machine was broken... In short... The waitress (sorry, I don't know her name) was practically never in the dining room; it's better to ask your neighbor for salt and save time! The meat was cooked well, though. A disappointment for a restaurant we've been going to for 30 years.

What can I say… 30 covers for 4 servers, and yet the service was far from perfect, I'd even go so far as to say appalling. We received one of our two starters BEFORE we even got our drinks. A meager plate: two slices of ham, a gherkin, and a slice of bread… no butter, not even a hint of herbs to garnish this plate that looked like it came straight from the desert. Finally, the drinks arrived: two Cokes and a can of Red Bull placed on the table without even a glass or carafe of water. (No water was offered throughout the entire meal.) The second starter was served at the same time as the main courses. As for the main courses… a little more effort on the presentation would have been greatly appreciated. And proper seasoning for the carpaccio wouldn't have hurt. After a 30-minute wait, still no dessert. So we approached the servers, who on three separate occasions must have mistaken us for ghosts or houseplants. When we got to the till, the missing dessert was handed to us in a box—a ridiculous slice of frozen brownie with nothing else on it. No discount was offered, just a flimsy apology, and they practically berated us when we dared to say the staff didn't seem very motivated. €76 for 3 drinks, 2 starters, 3 main courses, and 1 dessert that was part of a set menu. Needless to say, we didn't have a pleasant experience, even though we did everything we could to encourage the waitresses, who, despite everything, remained smiling. Hoping things will improve.
