Very disappointed not to have the same dishes as before, no more burgers and, worst of all, no more fries. It's a shame because the staff are friendly. My parents, who used to come here every time to visit me, were also disappointed…it's a shame, we'll go somewhere else from now on. My best wishes to the staff.

Very good restaurant, fast service (even at lunchtime rush), very pleasant waitresses.

I came to eat lunch with an American friend. We both ordered the €16.50 set menu for a starter/main or main/dessert (a reasonable price in my opinion). Everything was really very good (the pizza of the day, the meat of the day, and the chocolate mousses). The only downside was the service, as our waiter wasn't very friendly. The other waitress we saw was very nice, so I wouldn't generalize about the service; it was probably just that man. The restaurant is also very noisy, and the tables are very close together, so you should be prepared for that (even if you expect it in a shopping center restaurant).

Excellent welcome, friendly waiters who took great care of the children. Very good food. We will return on our next visit to Atlantis.

Very noisy restaurant. Changes to the menu (or owner, or chef?). Smaller portions, but not smaller prices. The salad looks large, but there's more lettuce than tasteless pieces of chicken. They use deep plates to create the illusion of large portions. Burger: look for the barely visible Cheddar cheese, the bun was frozen and burnt during cooking. The ground beef patty is the cheapest available. The fries are small and undercooked (typical frozen fries cooked quickly and barely warm, just like the burger). The hanger steak is a tiny piece of meat. In short, we left still hungry. You have to ask for the bun, even though it should be automatically included, and after asking, the waitress only gives us one (there are three of us). We asked for more, but we only got another bun. I think the waitress realized or overheard us mentioning it amongst ourselves, and she gave us a third bun. The frozen bread from the day before was terrible. We asked for mayonnaise... and they brought us a tube of Aroma Mayo. It must have been touched by everyone before us for days, without any sanitization. Why not use small sachets? It would be more hygienic and presentable. One might even wonder if the bread served wasn't from another customer who hadn't eaten it, just like the peanuts (tip: cut the bread in half, and you're sure it won't be served again. Same with the peanuts; empty them onto the plate with some sauce, and you can be sure they won't be put in another bowl). We expressed our disappointment to the waiter, making it clear that we were aware it wasn't his fault, but we wanted to escalate the issue. Unfortunately, he took our comments personally. Here are the arguments he gave us: they serve 300 covers, so they can't make homemade mayonnaise. They claim they're cheaper than elsewhere. Which is false; steak and fries for €18.90 (might as well be €19, actually) can be found in other restaurants nearby (Malala, Mes Fils à Maman, etc.) that are much better and offer larger portions, even for less money. The burgers And McDonald's fries are better. I told the waiter they're skimping on portions to make a profit. He replied that it's the same for their salaries. Except we don't have any control over that. He has to deal with his employer. What business is it of ours? Besides, if we're satisfied, we'll leave a tip (a bonus for them). We customers, our salaries are also tight, but we make an effort to still go to restaurants, precisely to keep the economy going. And therefore, to provide jobs. If customers reasoned the same way, we'd go to restaurants less, which would then go bankrupt. And how does serving 300 covers justify reducing the quantity? And this Saturday at 9:00 PM, the restaurant wasn't full, there were 3 or 4 servers present. So the excuse of "it's too busy, we can't do this or that" doesn't hold water. I've never seen any restaurant, not even a kebab shop, put a tube in the oven. Aroma on a table. You don't even see that in rest stop restaurants! At this point, you lower the prices or reduce the menu for better quality. My friends (one a former cook and one who worked in the restaurant industry) were surprised by such arguments, especially since the waiter was pleasant. It was only when we calmly and constructively gave our opinion that he took it badly. We know very well that it's the big boss who reduces the portions for better profit margins, not the waiters themselves. We've been coming to this restaurant for years, and that's it for us. If you don't improve, I'm afraid the restaurant, with this "new policy," won't do as well as before. What "saves" them is the location and the opening hours. We came across as troublemakers, but at least we spoke up. Many people don't dare say it but leave negative reviews. No compensation was offered. No dialogue. Constructive damage.

Friendly welcome. Be patient, there were many people waiting for a table. The waiter, who was rather unfriendly at first, was a bit more cheerful towards the end of our meal. The food was good, however, the caramel tiramisu was far too rich and sweet for me.

Well, we got takeaway pizzas, the napkins were provided, and the pizza maker was very nice. Just a bit pricey for pizzas that were good, but far from the best for the price.

The pizza was good, the crust light and the cheese melted. The panna cotta mousse was excellent.

I went to this restaurant today at 10:30 am to use the restroom. Eight months pregnant (and it shows 🙃), I was refused entry. I could see the door, which I pointed out, but the man told me, "No, no, we don't have any restrooms," with a mocking tone... Degrading, very rude, and disgraceful behavior.

Cafeteria food! You could really tell it came from a can. The dish was cold and nothing more than a typical everyday meal! I'm very disappointed. First and last time I'll be there.

Surprised by the white ham instead of country ham as stated on the menu of Pizza Nantaise, and a panna cotta that resembled a mousse

We came after a doctor's appointment to also celebrate a birthday. There was no special attention other than a candle on a meringue and a bill of €60 for two. They had food intolerances, requiring us to search through a binder for the few things we could eat... No adjustments were made, and I still had onion sauce with the chicken Milanese, even though I've become intolerant to onions due to my illness, and this intolerance was reported. They no longer had carpaccio on the menu, even though it was excellent. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing for me.

A perfect experience from start to finish ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious, a true feast for the eyes and the taste buds! The staff, especially Samir, were exceptionally pleasant, attentive, and professional. You really feel welcome, and that makes all the difference. I highly recommend it, and I will definitely be back!

The welcome and service were impeccable in my opinion. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. They even anticipated our needs by promptly ordering the children's menu so it would arrive as quickly as possible. The food was delicious and plentiful. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant. We'll be back!
