I had sandwiches there on Sunday and spent the night in the toilet vomiting! Avoid this place at all costs, and don't even get me started on the staff – not a single smile. Slow as a snail.

Very disappointed. We arrived this evening to eat before a movie. The tables were dirty, and the food containers were unhygienic; it gave the impression that the lunch service hadn't been cleaned. I hope this will change because I think many will avoid the establishment, especially during hot weather when the food should be impeccable.

We were served by a very unpleasant young woman; we will not be returning. This is not the first time; please review your staff.

I often come to this Subway at lunchtime during my break and I always appreciate the quality of the sandwiches, the selection offered, and the friendliness of the staff. Lately, the service has been a little slower than before. I understand that there are new staff members in training, and I don't mind waiting a bit longer. It would simply be good if they received more support to maintain efficient service, especially for customers with shorter lunch breaks. I would also like to point out a minor hygiene issue: the same knife (used at the end of service) often seems to be used for several sandwiches, which can be problematic for people with allergies or dietary restrictions.

We ordered from Subway Atlantis via Uber Eats, and it was a terrible experience! The delivery time was delayed by a full hour. We called the driver, who told us the Subway was closed…

WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you're hungry! We ordered after a doctor's appointment and were so disappointed when we saw the sandwich (takeout). We asked twice to add vegetables and even paid extra for cheese, and the result was CATASTROPHIC. The sandwich was empty; we were just eating bread. Clearly, the extras are deducted from the staff's wages. The waitress barely spoke, and when she did, we couldn't hear her. She didn't smile either. And if you submit a request on the Subway website, you get NO RESPONSE. So, ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WORTH THE NAME. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
