Mac Dupont

This is the first time I've ordered a set meal from you, and I was very disappointed with the three-cheese panini. You could taste the bread, not the cheese, and there was very little cheese in it. Considering the panini alone costs €6, the price is a bit steep. I don't recommend eating there.

I went there twice recently for coffee, and both times were fine. I can't comment on the food they sell, as I've never tried it. But the coffees I had were decent, and the service was courteous. The only downside was the price of the coffee... but according to friends, that's a standard price.

A blonde woman with glasses was absolutely unpleasant, I'd even say more than unpleasant. She barely weighed our order, making us feel like we were bothering her. We ordered steak tartare, and the steaks were barely cooked. Not a thank you or anything. We'll never go there again. Avoid at all costs!

I went yesterday, December 20, 2025. I had an allergic reaction to the pepper sauce, fries, and chicken sandwich. My neck and hands swelled up horribly.

Terrible welcome and service. I went to order, and I was asked to queue on the right, which I did without a word. So I waited patiently in the queue, while other people arrived, went straight to the counter, and cut in front of us. I called out to the cashier to tell him it was my turn, but he ignored me. Anyway, I waited until he had finished serving the other customers. However, a second group of people went straight to the counter, cutting in front of everyone on the right, and were served directly by the cashier. I tried my best to get the cashier's attention, but she ignored me too. So I don't understand the point of a queue if some people are told to queue on the right, but other customers are served before those already waiting. Once it was my turn, the cashier was cold and unpleasant. When I got my sandwich, it was dry and tasteless. In short, I really don't recommend it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Doubts about the freshness of the products (I'm sick). Assembly line work for preparing sandwiches shows a complete lack of hygiene. And I think the woman taking orders should find another job; it's not appealing. In short, I was a customer, but I won't be anymore.

A disaster, avoid it! The waitress was unpleasant, careless, and never smiled! The American sandwich consisted of three pieces of chicken and frozen fries, and they didn't even tell us there was an extra charge for the bottles... in short, Dupont is no good!

I went to get an American steak. The person at the counter was fine. I got my sandwich in two minutes, quick! I noticed that the meat inside was raw. I showed it to the person at the counter who confirmed it and gave it to the person in charge of the grill. The sandwich was there on the counter, she didn't take it and served the other orders. 10 minutes later, I called the cashier. She called the person at the grill who took the sandwich, threw it in the trash, and yelled to herself. A nonchalant person who doesn't put people's sandwiches down but practically throws them on the counter. Madam "incompetent cook," who thinks your job is done well, question yourself, wash yourself because you look dirty, fix your hair too. And smile, and if you don't like your job, find something else. The owner refunded me for the sandwich and apologized. Madam owner, straighten out your cardboard cook.
