Eat Salad

I am very surprised by the treatment I received today in Saint Herblain, as I am a frequent customer. I find it unacceptable and extremely petty. I have been twice in two weeks, asking if the hard-boiled eggs are cooked thoroughly and if the cheese is pasteurized (as I am pregnant). I was told YES the first time, so I ate, and then on my return visit today, I asked again and was told NO, and then it was actually YES. I find it very serious not to know. Furthermore, I heard some people laughing amongst themselves and whispering if it wasn't me who was PASTEURIZED (yes, I heard perfectly well). I find this unacceptable and childish. Some people deserve disciplinary action, given how often I have been a customer. It's not the first time I've heard such things about customers, but this time it really bothers me. I therefore expect a constructive response and an apology. And I'll ask to see the person in charge next time. Nonsense!

It's not bad, but the quality/quantity/price ratio is very poor. The portions are rather small for the price, which is a shame.

Forgot an ingredient, the croutons tonight… disappointed, a 5 instead of a 6.

Quick welcome and service. Always pleasant staff. Good products and affordable prices. However, the dining area was a bit dark.

As a long-time customer, I find Eat Salad's concept modern and innovative: eating healthy by creating your own salad :) However, I can't hide my surprise and disappointment at the almost annual price increases and the removal of the loyalty points system for in-store purchases (now only available for click and collect). I still recommend it, hoping that the prices will stop increasing and, at times, that the portion sizes will stop decreasing.

Second visit to this establishment We both suffered from severe indigestion after our meal (my wife and I). The sauce was questionable (mine wasn't bad, I would have liked to try it). My wife ate something else, but she was just less unwell than I was. The staff were only moderately friendly and openly bickered... I had a good experience the first time, but this time I don't want to go back...

It's very good, with fresh ingredients. The portions are generous. We were greeted with big smiles by two young ladies, so a very warm welcome.
