Ma Boulangerie Café - Rezé

I bought two croissants on the same day, certainly not from the same baker, and definitely not from the same industrial bakery. I bought a raisin bread that was completely tasteless, dry, and bland for €1.80 for frozen bread—way too expensive! It's a real shame that a bakery claiming to be an artisan baker would sell such poor-quality, mass-produced goods. I'm done with them now; I'll only pass by from now on because I'm disappointed too often.

A very warm welcome, with excellent customer service. You can choose to sit inside or outside for a relaxing moment. I highly recommend it.

On Tuesdays it's half price after 6 pm

I bought a cake for four people from the display case with a brownie base, but the taste was disappointing. The flavors were outdated and stale; none of us managed to finish it, which was a shame.

It's a shame, because the whole family eats here, and it's clear that the size and quality of the sandwiches have changed. If the size is reduced, the prices should be too. You can't sell a product that was successful and then, overnight, change it while claiming nothing has changed. In this case, the cashier also needs better training so she's aware of the changes, because when you're used to it, you immediately notice when something isn't the same anymore.

Excellent traditional baguette, the staff are very friendly, always greeted with a smile by Christelle... thank you!

Excellent pastries

This bakery is terribly disappointing. Before, I could come at any time and get the bread I wanted. Now, no matter how hard I try, after 3 pm it's impossible to get a traditional seeded loaf. Not only that, but the staff try to push us towards something else, which is ridiculous. If I ask for a traditional seeded loaf, it's because I want a traditional seeded loaf, not some Viking bread or whatever! And to top it off, when we arrive, all the bread labels are still up, even though several are no longer available and won't be again until at least the next day, while the pastries have been updated! And I'm not even going to mention the bakers who tell us 2 to 3 hours before closing, "No, we're not making more, only traditional loaves." Are you a bakery or a purveyor of traditional bread?! Seriously, the service is appalling!

With very little garnish and more expensive than average

The bread was very good, but unfortunately, I ordered a three-chocolate cake. Imagine my surprise when I saw nuts in it, knowing I'm allergic! I wish I had been warned, or at least that it was mentioned in the description.

Great coffee break this morning at this bakery! The service was excellent; the young woman who served me was so friendly and smiling, it was lovely 😊 The coffee was delicious and the decadent cookie was a real treat, perfectly soft and flavorful 🍪☕️ I highly recommend it for a sweet treat or a quick coffee — I'll definitely be back!

Impeccable welcome and service. The saleswoman gave excellent advice and the product quality was top-notch; I highly recommend it.

€3 for a Viennese pastry (pre-packaged). It wasn't even particularly good. The service doesn't help matters; I've tried it a few times and I'm never satisfied with the taste, the price, or the average quality.
