Two days at Ibis Budget and two dinners, some good, some not so good, I found all the prices exorbitant. The staff does their best, the service is pleasant and professional, but the quality of the food is inconsistent, which is hard to accept given the prices charged. The first evening, the starter was generous, flavorful, and really good, but the rest was truly awful: I ate the worst andouillette sausage I've ever tasted; it was cooked perfectly, but the quality of the sausage was appalling. The accompanying ratatouille was shockingly mediocre. The second evening, I ordered a single fish dish, which was acceptable. But I found these meals far too expensive; next time I'll try somewhere else.

The service is extremely slow. There were several people there, but it was very difficult to get the dishes we ordered.

The menu offers a variety of dishes at reasonable prices. The dishes we ordered were very good and generous. The service was also excellent, with warm and welcoming waiters and waitresses. The drinks at the restaurant bar were also of good quality. I highly recommend this restaurant and would gladly return.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this restaurant so enjoyable. I received a very warm welcome from the servers, who were also very friendly and attentive to my requests. The main course and dessert were delicious, and the bartender was very charming and charismatic! I can't wait to return and enjoy these wonderful dishes again.
