I had the opportunity to discover La Fouée on that hot July day, and I have no regrets. The flavors are there, the textures are perfect, and the waiters and waitresses are incredibly friendly. Everything is just right. Furthermore, the format allows for quick service, which means that even with a hundred people from my company present, the wait is short.

Very positive feedback, excellent service with a very pleasant team. Due to the entertainment, some guests didn't receive a sweet fouée (a type of flatbread). Perhaps we could have added 30 minutes to the wait. Although the guests enjoyed chatting in the queue, it was still a little long.

I hired this food truck for my birthday on Saturday, opting for an all-you-can-eat tasting package for two hours, and it was simply fantastic! The team was welcoming, punctual, and very professional, with high-quality products and impeccable service. Everything was delicious, and my guests thoroughly enjoyed it. I received nothing but compliments throughout the evening. Honestly, I have absolutely no complaints! I wholeheartedly recommend this food truck for all your events. Many were discovering fouées for the first time, and everyone was delighted by the experience and the delicious flavors. A huge thank you to Mathys and Théo, who were fantastic.
