Fabien gave us a warm welcome in a peaceful and friendly setting! He captivated us with his presentation of the venue, showcasing a wide variety of local products. A true barbecue enthusiast, he won over our entire stag party team with his invaluable advice and answers to all our questions. Between preparing and cooking the food ourselves under his supervision, and then enjoying the tasting, it was a truly memorable experience sharing the experience around the many Weber BBQs. We left with fantastic ideas for 100% BBQ recipes. We even found it too short (2 hours of preparation and 1 hour of tasting)! I highly recommend him; the service is well worth it, and he'll share his passion for barbecue with you!
