We were extremely disappointed. Eight of us came today, and our order was taken fairly quickly, but after half an hour in this heat, we had to fetch our own water carafes. We had to ask again for our aperitifs and the children's drinks. An hour and fifteen minutes later, only the two children's menus had been served. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, the staff simply spoke to us in a very unpleasant manner and rudely dismissed us, bordering on discourtesy. When we decided to leave, the person assigned to the kitchen came out to berate us, shouting at us. An unbelievable lack of professionalism, I've never seen anything like it!
