Hello, the dough has nothing to do with a pizza; it's a very greasy, crispy dough. Furthermore, the rule is to eat with your hands; there are no cutlery here! And no refreshing napkins for your hands at the end of the meal either. It's really very informal, with rather insensitive treatment of customers.

Great restaurant, excellent and very affordable pizzas. Tried it on a Fête de la Musique evening, the service was quick. I highly recommend it!
