If you want to order fries, they will only be half served... all that for the price, it's quite shameful, go somewhere else and go to another McDonald's.

Too long a wait even though there are only 10 people in the McDonald's

The employees are asking customers to leave a 5-star review on Google in exchange for a dessert or a coffee... how to skew the Google rating... it's not very honest. Plus, the waitresses don't seem thrilled about having to ask every customer for this favor; it reeks of a petty manager abusing their power.

The app says it's open, but when we get there it's not open.

Slightly overwhelmed by the rush, we were able to enjoy another table's order, which had been placed on our tray. 😀

A disaster, the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. This lunchtime, yet another recurring mistake, and to top it all off, a brazen, disrespectful manager who completely ignored our request and literally told us as she left, "Well, I'm not saying goodbye or see you soon, am I?" Unbelievable! She certainly won't be seeing us again.

Come as you are... Clearly, the team leader took the slogan a little too literally. It all started so well with a super friendly welcome from a team member. But what followed? A complete disaster. After several orders with missing extras (including last week's infamous phantom milkshake), my loyalty card didn't work there, but they couldn't explain why. A technological mystery, it works in the chain's other restaurants, but don't worry, it's a common occurrence, according to two of their employees… Faced with these glitches, I was hoping to simply get what I was owed, not a refund or the Nobel Peace Prize. The result: zero effort, zero gesture of goodwill, and a level of friendliness close to absolute zero from the team leader... with a curt "I won't see you soon!" A simple goodbye would have sufficed… In short, if you enjoy playing Russian roulette with your orders and appreciate blatant unprofessionalism, you're in the right place! For everyone else, find another restaurant!

Good McDonald's, but please, just hire more staff, even if it's expensive. The dining area was a mess, no trash cans available, and a lot of litter on the floor. Big thanks to the employees!

We stopped at this McDonald's while passing through. There were too few staff compared to the number of people in the dining area, so the service wasn't fast for a fast-food restaurant. The staff were friendly and tried their best. The play area for children was clean and in good condition. The restrooms were dirty... and the sundae was served in a small container, like for children, so the portion was tiny for an adult. It's a shame because there's potential; they just need to invest more.

Sandwich hastily prepared with barely any sauce… flat Coke (ordered specifically without ice… a girl can dream!) The question is, why is there such a difference in order preparation from one McDonald's to another?!!!
