Okay, I'm not a food critic, so I'll keep it simple. A journey in 5 courses (actually 8), where the term "journey" truly comes to life. A real delight! Thank you to Chef Piyr for his warm welcome in the kitchen and to the entire team for their kindness and exceptional professionalism. (Proving that you can provide impeccable service and still smile and joke!) I'll be back because I now want to experience the 10 courses and travel as far as possible in the Loire Valley (and even a little bit in Japan 😀). Thank you!

Natural wines complement this experience, subtly revealing the textures, aromas, and flavors of each dish. With every tasting, a true explosion of flavors in the mouth, where balance, intensity, and emotion converge.

We were rather disappointed with the meal overall! I found the presentation and technique of the dishes remarkable, but in terms of flavor, I didn't find the finesse of a Michelin-starred restaurant. In each dish, one ingredient overpowered the others. The balance of flavors and aromas wasn't precise enough. Unfortunately, it wasn't a favorite! The staff was very kind and professional.
