Domino's Nantes - Est

It took over an hour and a quarter to get our pizzas; the order hadn't even been placed. And I felt incredibly sick after eating them, so really disappointing. I uninstalled the app.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Absolutely catastrophic. Pizzas ordered for 10 PM, they announced a delay of over an hour, and there was no online tracking (without any warning, so we assumed it was being processed!). Around 40 people were waiting for their orders, some with delays of up to two hours. DO NOT TAKE ORDERS IF YOU ARE NOT CAPABLE OF PRODUCING THEM.

Unacceptable wait time. No communication. Non-functional screen. I was told a 5-minute wait, and it ended up being an hour... The staff are really great, but the company's organization is terrible. No follow-up whatsoever. I waited an hour for two pizzas... So no, I don't recommend it.

Great pizzeria, good welcome, very good pizza and prepared quickly so very convenient, Arnault who took my order was incredibly kind and attentive, it's very pleasant to have competent and smiling staff, thank you to him.

I went to eat with a friend. We were treated like royalty. I thank the team. They were attentive and very helpful. Thank you so much.
