A huge thank you to Hugo from Domino's for his professionalism! After a long 30-minute wait due to an oversight in the kitchen, he handled the situation very professionally. I was compensated and left happy despite the inconvenience. A truly excellent person, thank you again for your outstanding service. I highly recommend this Domino's, and especially Hugo. I live in Nantes, and the Domino's near me is closed. I was advised to contact another Domino's store to have my order delivered to my home. Once I contacted this store, I was told that delivery wasn't possible. When I simply asked for an explanation to understand why I had been directed to them, they hung up on me. I work in the restaurant industry myself, and I know that the foundations of customer service are respect, active listening, courtesy, and clear communication. Hanging up on me when I was simply asking for an explanation is far from reflecting these values. If delivery wasn't possible, they should have explained it clearly from the start. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.

Unfortunately, I called this store the first time and they refused to take my order, telling me to call another location. I had to call a second time, and they still refused to take my order. Finally, I managed to get a woman to take my order, and I waited an hour only to receive a pizza that was completely different from the one I ordered. Of course, I don't even know the price of this pizza. Now I have to eat this pizza without any enthusiasm. Thanks for ruining my afternoon. I hope I never have to call you again. Incompetent staff.

I placed my order at 9 PM and decided to contact them at 10:45 PM because I no longer had access to tracking as the order was marked as "delivered," even though I never received it. The street was blocked by the marathon, yet trams were running on the other side and no streets were blocked. The service was poor for products that are already of low quality. I hope the delivery driver managed to get through and that he wasn't trapped among the runners at 11 PM.
