Basilic & Co - pizzas de terroirs - Nantes Schuman

I placed an order for pickup at 9:37 PM, but I had to wait an additional 40 minutes. When I first arrived, they told me it would be another 20 minutes, and when I returned, the pizzas still weren't ready. And on top of that, they refused to offer any compensation despite the wait. It's very disappointing. And of course, the pizzas weren't cut, and neither was the focaccia meant for sharing.

After contacting them directly to arrange delivery, they explained that we had to use the website to avoid Uber... And it was an Uber that delivered 🤔 The pizzas were okay, nothing special, and the salads were completely overturned and drowning in balsamic vinegar... I'd say it was just average.

It's a shame about the Uber Eats reviews... The service is great in person. The pizzas are good. Get off your backside...

A very good experience at this restaurant. The quality of the food and service, as well as the staff's adaptability, were excellent! I highly recommend it.

As a long-time customer of Basilic & Co, I am unfortunately very disappointed with my order this evening. To begin with, the pizzas arrived cold and had far fewer toppings than usual. For over €50 for three pizzas, I find the value for money disappointing. The amount of ingredients was really limited compared to what I've had in the past. I had also asked for pizzas that weren't burnt, as I don't like them overcooked, but my request was ignored. Regarding the payment, I paid €60 for an order of €50.40. The cashier made a mistake and only gave me €0.70 in change. Mistakes happen, that's not the issue. However, when the manager intervened, I received no apology. The impression given was that this situation was perfectly normal. It's a shame because I've been a loyal customer for several years. This experience leaves a bitter taste, and I'm very disappointed with the quality of service and the lack of consideration I received this evening.
