As English tourist the young lady working here was so accommodating speaking to us in English. We did our best in French! As this was a short walk from our hotel we visited several times and was always greeted with a smile . Would definitely recommend. Food was good too.

The servers were very friendly and helpful; we were cycling and they put ice cubes in our water. I recommend it.

We just ordered two pastries and two coffees. Unfortunately, the coffees tasted like water. We mentioned this to the staff, who explained that they were already aware of the issue and that it was due to the machine. We appreciated that the coffees were replaced, but unfortunately, the problem remained the same. Under these circumstances, it's a shame to continue offering a product of such poor quality without any consideration for a gesture of goodwill or a refund. I come several times a week to buy croissants, cakes, and other products, and I usually enjoy your establishment. That's precisely why this experience disappointed me. I hope this feedback will be taken into account, as listening to customer comments and providing appropriate responses is essential to maintaining the quality of service. It would be a shame if this type of situation were to tarnish what is usually a pleasant experience.
