Manoir de la Boulaie

We got married in May 2026, during the month the Manoir de la Boulaie's extension was inaugurated, and we were thrilled with our choice. The estate is magnificent and offers everything you could want for a wedding: spacious reception areas, plenty of accommodation, and all just 20 minutes from Nantes. A huge thank you to the entire team at Manoir de la Boulaie, and especially to Louis, who was with us from beginning to end. Thank you for your availability, your advice, and your kindness. We will cherish the wonderful memories of this weekend!

Disappointed by Laurent's departure, as his restaurant with its Asian flavors was excellent, and I took a scallop-cooking class there. A great chef! In St. Martin in the Caribbean, Coco Beach is a beautiful place. Welcome to SXM!

I enjoyed your yellow chicken with mild spices on ozzo pasta risotto. This risotto was a real discovery! It's one of Lolo's Jars 😋 Your talent as a Michelin-starred chef, which was appreciated at your restaurant a few years ago, is evident. I'm a fan of the Jars 👏

The service for the takeaway jars needs improvement; there was a lack of empathy, which is a shame. As for the jars from mid-May 2021, the ingredients were good and fresh. The starter jar was average, lacking flavor, but the red mullet jar was good, the cuttlefish strips were very good, and the dessert jar was a pleasant surprise—very good. It's a pity we didn't receive any extras, like a few amuse-bouches. Considering the price of the menu and the chef's reputation, it wasn't up to par.
