A slice of cheese was placed next to the burger with lettuce and tomatoes, even though it was clearly stated that there was no lettuce and no tomatoes.

The changing table is impractical, and the bin isn't suitable for diapers. The sink in the only changing room with a changing table is non-functional. I wouldn't recommend it for a baby stopover.

The wait was far too long for the small number of people who were there...

We are given dessert and a drink before the hot dishes.

I came in on Monday morning around 9 a.m. for a coffee. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The restrooms were in an absolutely unacceptable state of cleanliness: extremely dirty, with no toilet paper or hand towels. The tables in the dining area were also greasy and dirty, which really made it uninviting to sit down. It's regrettable that the establishment is already in such a state at this time of day. A significant effort regarding hygiene and maintenance is needed to welcome customers in decent conditions.

Please leave the air conditioning on during heatwaves and stop using it unnecessarily in winter...

Help! Far too many wasps, this isn't the first time we've come here and the situation is catastrophic...what is management waiting for for the customers and especially the employees.

No complaints about the team. However, the wasps keep buzzing around the bins to empty the trays! Management really needs to do something about this. There's no need to wait until an allergic customer has an attack or an employee is just doing their job!

The drive-through order was incorrect. There was an error with the dessert, and what's more, it was very dry. The bag must have been opened for a while!

Thanks to Martin, who was a huge help! I was going to the charging station to recharge my car, which had very little charge, when I noticed that some clever people had stolen the electrical cables! I couldn't recharge. Martin immediately offered to help! And while I waited, a nice drink and ice cream were much appreciated in this 40-degree heat!
