Hello, when I came with my daughter, we ordered a cocktail and water with grenadine. The cocktail I received was nothing like the picture on the bar, but I asked for it without ice and was told it wasn't possible. Anyway, the atmosphere was rather poor. Usually, the owner is there and livens things up, but I didn't see him. In short, I was disappointed with the drink. The waitresses were fine, though!

I agree with the other comments about the staff's lack of friendliness. They take orders from the next table but refuse ours 🤔 Oh, and no greeting.

Excellent welcome! Friendly and very good... well worth the detour with friends or family... perfect for lunch or a drink with sausage and peanut chips. Affordable for everyone.

This establishment doesn't deserve to be called a "brasserie." The daily special was microwaved "lasagna." It was undoubtedly a pre-packaged meal in a tray, heated for one minute in the microwave and then placed on a plate, with salad from a Leclerc supermarket bag and a generic dressing. The daily menu was very confusing; I couldn't order dessert because Perrier wasn't included. Perhaps they should mention this before ordering? €16 for a microwaved meal and a Perrier? You'd be cheaper going to the Leclerc next door.

Ordered the daily special, which was quite good. The wait was far too long, and the cook spent more time chatting and making fun of the customers than actually preparing the food. When the owner wasn't there, it was a disaster. A disgrace!

The waitress showed a complete lack of respect. I waited 25 minutes, called her three times, and she just looked at me and ignored me. Then she took the order of other people who arrived long after me and simply replied that it was too busy, leaving without taking my order.

The setting is bright and pleasant, and surprisingly quiet for such a lively and busy shopping center. I stop by almost every time I'm in Pôle Sud (Christmas shopping during this week off). I appreciate the service: the staff is attentive (neither too slow nor too quick to introduce themselves), and friendly. The prices are reasonable, and the cream puff that comes with the coffee is a real bonus, as are the newspapers available. It's worth noting that there's a good selection of newspapers, and they're always current. In short, a very positive review from me. I have no comment on the food, as my visits are frequent but brief.

It's difficult to share an experience; the staff is too busy sorting out their own leave issues... So, tired of not being treated with any consideration, we went across the street to Bchef and were greeted with a smile... nothing happens by chance.
